The binocucom cutscene in Leading Rajan can be skipped by dealing damage to Rajan with a Trigger Bomb (TB). In order to do this, you need to place TB around Rajan's spawn location in the cutscene and detonate it when the cutscene has started. This causes Job Fail screen, which skips the cutscene
The job trigger is far enough from the TB location to cause automatic detonation (happens when Bentley gets too far from the TB). By setting your ground position at the job trigger and superjumping to the TB throw location, you can warp to the job trigger instantly which makes the TB detonate after the cutscene has started, making the skip work.
The tutorials are for PS3 version, which utilizes the PS Menu for buffering Triangle+Select on the same frame. On PS4/PS5 version you can use the PS2 emulator menu instead by pressing Options on the controller.
